In addition, The Right Place Case Messenger for iPhone empowers SNF team members in the field screening patients the ability to quickly create and share referral information with co-workers at the SNF on patients including instant Medicare eligibility details. Referrals take less than 60 seconds to create; including the most pertinent information needed and are shared instantly with your Admissions team alongside their Bed Board to properly evaluate each referral.

Note: The Right Place offers expanded view for users on iPad through Bed Board and Case Messenger together. Case Messenger on iPhone is used for team members in the field to create and share information on referrals and by design does not render the facility Bed Board.
